Key Responsibilities
Receive and verify incoming goods and materials
Maintain accurate stock and inventory records
Issue materials as per authorized requisitions
Monitor stock levels and report shortages
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO practices
Coordinate with purchase and kitchen/operations teams
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store area
Requirements
Minimum
1-2 years
experience as a Store Keeper (hotel/restaurant preferred)
Basic knowledge of inventory management
Ability to maintain records and stock registers
Honest, organized, and detail-oriented
