We are looking for an

HR Recruiter

who can communicate fluently in

Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for various job openings.

Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references. Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews. Maintain candidate databases and update hiring status. Ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements:

Must know

Tamil / Telugu / Kannada

reside in Thane
