What You'll Do

Expert Analysis:

Provide expert insights and respond to inquiries regarding political, economic, and security issues across South Asia.

Reporting:

Conduct in-depth research and produce high-quality written reports, white papers, or articles.

Strategic Support:

Support institutional research projects and contribute to the organization's strategic improvements.

Field Research:

Interview key regional figures and deliver relevant primary-source materials to the organization.

Monitoring:

Track and analyze developments in current affairs and emerging regional trends in real-time.

What We're Looking For

Regional Expertise:

Strong knowledge of South Asian political, economic, and security dynamics.

Professional Network:

A well-established network, specifically including government, academic, or policy-related contacts.

Communication:

Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.

Mindset:

Creative, resourceful, and results-oriented; comfortable working independently.

Drive:

Self-motivated and open to tackling complex new challenges.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher in International Relations, Political Science, or a relevant field.

Compensation & Benefits

Project-Based Pay:

$100-$600 USD

per research project (depending on quality, complexity, and depth).

Performance Bonuses:

Monthly bonuses available for top contributors based on the impact of their work.

Flexibility:
