Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and highly motivated
Executive Chef
to manage our kitchen operations, develop innovative menus, and ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have expertise in local and international cuisines, a passion for sustainability, and a focus on using fresh, local ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
Design seasonal, farm-to-table menus that reflect local flavors and ingredients.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
Manage food costs and maintain inventory control.
Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with the management team to create unique dining experiences for guests.
Stay updated on food trends and incorporate innovative cooking techniques.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Chef or Head Chef, preferably in a luxury resort or fine-dining establishment.
Expertise in a variety of cuisines, with a focus on fresh, sustainable, and locally sourced ingredients.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
