We are currently seeking a
talented and experienced Sous Chef
to join our culinary leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and culinary staff
Supervise food preparation and ensure quality standards are consistently met
Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff for optimum performance
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and reduce kitchen waste
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards
Collaborate on menu development and execution
Maintain a positive and productive kitchen environment
Requirements:
Minimum
5-7 years of experience
in a high-volume or fine dining kitchen
Strong culinary background with proficiency in a variety of cuisines
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety protocols
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Creative flair with a strong eye for detail and presentation
Culinary degree or certification (preferred but not mandatory)
