Staff Training:

Train and mentor junior staff on proper cooking techniques, recipes, and safety procedures.

Communication:

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Efficiency:

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Menu Development:

Potentially collaborate on menu planning and create new dishes while staying true to traditional flavours.
