The ideal candidate will assist the Corporate Chef in leading the kitchen team, ensuring high-quality food preparation, creative presentation, and consistent guest satisfaction across our fine-dining restaurant, cafe, and banqueting services.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute menus that balance traditional and contemporary styles
Oversee kitchen operations, inventory, hygiene, and food safety compliance
Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of dishes
Collaborate on new menu development and seasonal offerings
Candidate Profile:
Culinary degree or diploma from a reputed institute
4+ years of hands-on experience in multi-cuisine and continental kitchens
Strong knowledge of fusion techniques and modern plating styles
Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills
Passion for sustainability and organic ingredients is a plus
