Key responsibilities

Staff and kitchen management:

Supervise kitchen staff, assist in hiring and training new employees, and create work schedules.

Food preparation:

Direct the preparation of dishes, ensure food quality and consistency, and maintain food safety standards.

Menu development:

Help create and write menus, develop new dishes, and oversee pricing.

Inventory and ordering:

Track inventory, manage stock rotation, and order necessary supplies from vendors.

Operational oversight:

Ensure kitchen equipment is functioning correctly and maintained, manage kitchen workflow to meet service demands, and handle administrative duties.

Leadership:

Fill in for the executive chef when needed and manage the kitchen in their absence.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
