Develop, design, and execute innovative desserts and pastries that align with the brand's concept. Oversee daily operations of the pastry section, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation. Train, mentor, and supervise pastry staff, ensuring high standards of hygiene and efficiency. Collaborate with the culinary team to design seasonal menus, specials, and event-based desserts. Maintain inventory, manage costs, and ensure minimal wastage. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Stay updated with global pastry trends, techniques, and innovations to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
