Job Title: Sous Chef - Confectionery and Pastry
Reports to: Executive Chef/Head Chef
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and pastry production
- Oversee daily operations of confectionery and pastry section
- Lead and mentor pastry team
- Ensure quality control, presentation, and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with chefs to create new desserts and pastries
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Bakery/Pastry Arts
- 5-8 years experience in confectionery and pastry
- Expertise in cakes, pastries, chocolates, and desserts
- Leadership and team management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹17,923.98 - ₹62,992.14 per month
