Key Responsibilities
Assist Head Chef in managing kitchen operations
Supervise CDPs and commis during service
Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service
Monitor hygiene, safety, and kitchen discipline
Support training and performance management of kitchen staff
Experience Required
6-8 years of kitchen experience
2-3 years as Sous Chef or Senior CDP
Strong working knowledge of Thai and Pan-Asian cuisine

Pay: ?55,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
