We're seeking an experienced

Sous Chef

with a strong background in

pure vegetarian cuisine

to lead our kitchen. You'll oversee our restaurant, support a 50-room hotel, and cater large

wedding events (up to 1000 pax)

.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and manage the pure vegetarian kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation across Indian, Oriental, and Continental cuisines. Manage culinary operations for our hotel and execute large-scale banquet menus for weddings.

Crucially, you should bring and manage your own reliable and experienced kitchen team.

Handle inventory, cost control, and ensure strict food safety and hygiene.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

as a Sous Chef (or equivalent) in a hotel/restaurant.

Mandatory expertise in pure vegetarian multi-cuisine.

Proven experience in managing hotel operations and catering for

1000+ pax events.

Ability to immediately bring and manage a skilled pure vegetarian kitchen team is highly preferred.

Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Proficient in food safety, hygiene, and cost control. Ability to work under pressure and flexible with shifts.
