About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate

Sous Chef

to support daily kitchen operations and maintain the high standards we are known for.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Head Chef in all kitchen operations Supervise food preparation and ensure consistency Manage and guide kitchen staff Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards Handle inventory, ordering, and food costing Ensure smooth service during peak hours Support menu planning and new dish development

Candidate Requirements

3-4+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role Strong knowledge of vegetarian cuisine (Indian/Continental--can customize as needed) Good leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Passion for quality food and teamwork
