Job Description

We're Hiring | Sous Chef - Dhaba Estd. 1986 (Pune)

Requirements:

Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a similar role



Mandatory:

Proven expertise only in North Indian cuisine (Applications from other cuisines will not be considered)

Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food costing & inventory management

Knowledge of quality standards and food safety regulations

Team-handling abilities and excellent organizational skills

Strong focus on guest satisfaction with the ability to resolve concerns promptly
