Job Description

Lead, manage, and motivate the entire kitchen team

, ensuring smooth coordination across all stations

Conduct daily briefings, assign duties, and ensure every team member understands their responsibilities.

Monitor staff performance and help build a positive, productive kitchen culture

Support the Head Chef in planning, organizing, and controlling kitchen operations

Ensure efficient workflow, especially during peak hours

Maintain inventory, manage ordering, and control food cost and wastage

Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
