Job Description

Martin's Harbour is one of Kochi's emerging seafood-focused casual dining brands. We run a tight, quality-driven kitchen with standardized recipes, consistent flavors, and a young, motivated team. We're now looking for a dedicated Chef who can take charge of line operations and grow with us.

Role & Responsibilities



Lead day-to-day kitchen operations

Execute all dishes following our standardized recipes

Maintain quality, speed, and consistency during service

Oversee prep and ensure stock levels are maintained

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and workstation discipline

Train junior staff when necessary

Work closely with management to ensure smooth service flow

What We're Looking For



Strong experience in a high-pressure line kitchen

Ability to take ownership and run the kitchen confidently

Good communication & teamwork attitude

Commitment to hygiene & consistency

Seafood cooking experience is an advantage, but training will be provided
