Requirements:
Strong culinary background with experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
Proficiency in Kerala, North Indian, Continental, Italian, and Japanese cuisines
Ability to supervise kitchen staff and ensure quality standards
Creativity in menu planning and presentation
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, safety, and inventory management
