Assist the Head Chef in planning, preparing, and executing diverse menus across multiple cuisines: Chinese, Spanish, European, and Mediterranean.
Supervise day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
Train, mentor, and guide kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in compliance with food safety regulations.
Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock to minimize waste and control food costs.
Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu innovation, seasonal specials, and signature dishes.
Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff to deliver excellent guest experiences.
Step in to manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
