- Ensure optimal cost and time utilization in kitchen operations.
- Take accountability for food quality and consistency.
- Step in and lead the kitchen team during the Head Chef's absence
- Maintain compliance with FSSAI guidelines, FIFO protocols, and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Handle multi-cuisine preparations - Continental, Indian, Asian, etc.
- Prior experience in banquet, flight catering, or high-volume kitchen setups is a strong advantage.
