We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef (Indian Cuisine) to join our culinary team in Kuwait. The candidate will assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensure authentic Indian food preparation, and maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: INR 146,000 per month
Duty meal provided

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in preparing and presenting Indian cuisine
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations
Maintain food quality, taste, and hygiene standards
Manage inventory and minimize food wastage
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Working Hours:
9 hours duty per day
6 days a week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?140,000.00 - ?146,000.00 per month
