Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and its techniques.
Excellent communication and leadership skills are required to manage and motivate a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology, such as point-of-sale systems.
