Key Responsibilities

:

Kitchen Leadership

: Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including supervising and guiding the kitchen staff.

Menu Development

: Collaborate on creating innovative menus while ensuring consistency and quality in all dishes.

Food Preparation

: Oversee food preparation, presentation, and portioning to meet established standards.

Inventory Management

: Monitor inventory, place orders, and minimize food wastage while maintaining cost efficiency.

Hygiene & Compliance

: Ensure the kitchen adheres to food safety regulations and maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Training & Development

: Mentor and train junior staff, fostering their growth and ensuring the team operates efficiently.

Quality Control

: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency in taste and presentation of dishes.

Problem Solving

: Address and resolve any operational challenges promptly to maintain a smooth workflow.

Performance Monitoring

: Assist in evaluating team performance and providing constructive feedback for improvement.

Pay: ₹40,942.91 - ₹45,000.00 per month
