Concept: Premium Fine Dining (180 covers)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu planning
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards
Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency across all cuisines
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with FSSAI regulations
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs
Innovate and contribute ideas for seasonal and specialty menus
Handle kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef
Key Skills Required:
Expertise in Indian, Chinese, Tandoori, Mexican, and Italian cuisines
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Passion for food innovation and guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management from a recognized institute
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
