Sous Chef
who can support our Head Chef, manage kitchen operations, and help us maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
Job Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus for events
Oversee daily kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards
Manage food prep, cooking, and plating during catering orders & events
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage stock efficiently
Train and guide junior kitchen staff
Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth event execution
Requirements
1-3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role (preferably in catering)
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines
Ability to handle high-volume production for events
Excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
