Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all kitchen departments and staff.
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of bulk food production.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and consistency.
Assist the Head Chef in planning menus and managing inventory.
Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure maintenance and safety standards are met.
Train and guide kitchen team members to improve efficiency and performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Sous Chef
or similar role in a large-scale or central kitchen.
Expertise in
bulk cooking and food production management
.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Salary : 45k to 50k
