Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation.
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain consistency and quality of dishes in accordance with restaurant standards.
Monitor inventory, manage stock, and place orders when necessary.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Requirements:
Proven experience working as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Deep understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality.
Additional Preference:
Must be from Kerala (Malayali candidates preferred)
