Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes across Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor sections.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion control.
Support the Head Chef and kitchen team during daily operations and high-pressure service hours.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are strictly followed.
Learn and adapt to new techniques, recipes, and menu innovations.
Handle responsibilities with accountability and professionalism.
Pro-actively manage prep work, ingredient organisation, and kitchen efficiency.
Maintain daily grocery inventory list and order items accordingly
