Salary & Benefits

Responsibilities



Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations Prepare Indian veg and non-veg dishes Handle buffet, banquet, and live counter service Maintain food quality, hygiene, and consistency Supervise kitchen staff during peak hours

Requirements



3-5 years experience in hotel, resort, or restaurant kitchens Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine Ability to multitask and work under pressure Knowledge of food safety and kitchen discipline
