The Sourcing Executive is responsible for generating quality leads through field sourcing, channel partners, and local networks to support real estate sales and achieve business targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field activities, walk-ins, and referrals
Build and maintain relationships with brokers and channel partners
Identify prospective customers and brief them about projects
Coordinate with sales team for site visits and deal closure
Maintain lead details and sourcing reports
Track market trends and competitor activity
Ensure achievement of monthly sourcing targets
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of local real estate market
Ability to build broker and customer relationships
Target-driven and field-sales oriented
Basic CRM knowledge preferred
