We are hiring a

Sourcing Team Lead

to manage and drive lead generation for our real estate mandates. The role involves handling a team of sourcing executives, generating site visit leads, and coordinating with the sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of sourcing executives Generate qualified leads and site visits for assigned real estate projects Allocate sourcing areas and daily targets to team members Track team performance, site visits, and conversions Coordinate with sales/closing teams for smooth lead handover Support team with field-level sourcing and training Build relationships with local brokers, channel partners, and referrals Share market feedback on pricing, competition, and customer preferences

Requirements

3+ years of experience in real estate sourcing, channel sales, or brokerage Minimum 1 year experience handling a team Experience with real estate mandates preferred Strong communication and leadership skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
