Position Summary
The Sourcing Support Professional plays a critical role in enabling efficient and compliant sourcing operations across the procurement lifecycle. This role supports strategic sourcers by executing standardized administrative tasks, managing sourcing tools, coordinating vendor interactions, and ensuring documentation accuracy from initiation to contract execution.
Key Responsibilities
Initiation & Preparation
Initiate sourcing requests in designated tools and manage pre-approval workflows
Conduct risk status checks and ensure proper team setup
Clean up vendor records and validate vendor data in databases
Assist in defining and reviewing sourcing strategies and baselines
Engagement & Contracting
Manage NDAs and RFI processes
Prepare RFPs and support initial contract setup
Conduct supplier research and draft NDAs/TOPs for supplier engagement
Execute RFPs, evaluate results, and coordinate events like auctions or presentations
Support contract drafting and cleanup based on sourcer instructions
Execution & Closure
Initiate contract workspaces and prepare for negotiations
Facilitate approval workflows and ensure final contract signatures
Archive contracts and organize project folders
Close sourcing projects and confirm contract execution
Administrative & Reporting Tasks
Maintain personal trackers and manage ticketing systems
Draft emails for sourcers and monitor escalation mailboxes
Submit reports to third-party risk management (TPRM) teams
Handle onboarding/offboarding requests for brokers and trading venues
Manage subscriptions and user allocations for financial platforms
Skills

Required Qualifications
