About the Role

We are seeking a

Delhi-based Sourcing Specialist / Project Manager

to act as a liaison between a U.S. plastic surgeon and professionals in India.
The role involves identifying, contacting, and coordinating with various

healthcare and technology professionals

-- such as

medical animators, app developers, software engineers, and creative vendors

-- to support ongoing clinic projects.

You will be responsible for facilitating communication, scheduling virtual meetings, ensuring clear deliverables, and maintaining smooth collaboration between the U.S. team and India-based vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and vet qualified professionals or agencies in India (primarily Delhi/NCR) for:

Medical animation and visual media Mobile and web app development Software programming or technical integration Serve as the

main point of contact

between the U.S. client and local professionals. Coordinate video meetings, follow up on project progress, and ensure timely communication across time zones. Evaluate vendor capabilities, negotiate timelines, and confirm project deliverables. Maintain organized records of contacts, proposals, and project timelines. Provide regular status updates and meeting summaries to the U.S. client.

Qualifications

Prior experience in

project coordination, vendor sourcing, or business development

, ideally within

healthcare, medical technology, or creative media

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously. Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Trello, Google Workspace, etc.). Based in or near

New Delhi

, with a good understanding of the local professional landscape.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with international or U.S.-based clients. Background or network in

healthcare, medical animation, or IT services

. Understanding of time zone coordination and cross-cultural communication.
