INDIA SOURCING SPECIALIST WANTED - WORKWEAR | FOOTWEAR | HEAD-TO-TOE CLOTHING

We are a

UK-based workwear and PPE company

looking for a

dedicated and experienced sourcing expert based in India

to manage and develop our

head-to-toe clothing supply chain

- from

footwear to jackets, shirts, trousers, PPE accessories, hi-vis, and uniforms

.

Scope of Work:

Source full workwear ranges

- boots, safety shoes, jackets, trousers, coveralls, T-shirts, hi-vis, gloves, caps, rainwear, etc. Identify and manage

trustworthy factories

with strong manufacturing capabilities and compliance.

Negotiate pricing, lead times, and quality

with vendors across India. Handle

sampling, testing, fabric selection

, and pre-shipment inspections. Work with UK team on

branding, labelling, and customisation

. Report

daily/weekly progress

and coordinate full development-to-delivery.
Ideal Candidate:

Minimum

5 years

sourcing experience in

garments/footwear/PPE/workwear

. Strong

factory/vendor network

in key production hubs. Fluent in

English and regional languages

. Knowledge of

UK/European standards and compliance

is a strong advantage. Independent, reliable, and performance-focused.
