We are seeking an experienced

US Talent Sourcer

to support hiring for

US healthcare roles

, such as

RBTs, LPCs, LSWs

, and other

non-IT

positions

. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, familiarity with global healthcare recruitment, and be comfortable working

night shifts (IST)

.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for

US Healthcare and Indian non- IT roles

. Use job boards, social media, and ATS tools to identify and engage talent. Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements. Handle candidate outreach, pre-screening, and interview coordination. Maintain recruitment pipelines and update sourcing metrics regularly.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in

healthcare sourcing

(US & India). Knowledge of US roles like

RBT, LPC, LSW

and Indian healthcare profiles. Proficient with sourcing tools (

LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.

) Strong communication skills and ability to work in

US time zones (night shift)

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
