Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT and Non-IT positions through various channels (job portals, social media, headhunting, referrals, etc.). Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical/non-technical assessments with hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate database and applicant tracking systems. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure clear communication throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated with industry trends, especially emerging roles and in-demand skills across IT and Non-IT domains.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles. Proven experience with sourcing and screening candidates through multiple channels. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions and work under tight deadlines. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
