Requirements

REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting, particularly with passive candidates.
Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of recruitment metrics and data-driven sourcing strategies is a plus.
