Key Responsibilities:
Source and manage channel partners/brokers for residential projects
Generate and qualify leads through partners and direct sales efforts
Drive site visits, negotiations, and closures
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM, sales reports, and follow-ups
Coordinate with marketing and project teams
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in real estate sales & sourcing
Strong network of channel partners and brokers
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Target-driven and result-oriented approach
