Position : Sourcing Relationship Manager

Location : Western Mumbai (Andheri to Borivali) and Vasai - Virar

Salary : 3 Lacs to 4.5 Lacs per annum + Travel reimbursement at actuals

Job Responsibilities :

- Build and nurture a strong network of Channel Partners and ICPs in your assigned territory

- Promote assigned projects through effective relationship-building and regular engagement with CPs

- Drive site visits and prospective leads through CP referrals

- Continuously explore new markets and onboard fresh CPs to expand the network

- Collaborate with the Sales team to support deal closures for CP-referred customers

- Actively participate in Channel Partner meets during project launches and ongoing campaigns

- Maintain accurate records of CPs, site visits, and bookings

- Coordination for smooth processing of CP billing and payments.

- Consistently meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly visit targets

Convincing skills and relationship building are important for this role.

Must have a 2 Wheeler & comfortable with extensive field work

Prior experience in real estate sourcing or channel partner management is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
