Role: Sourcing Recruiter.
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Employment: Full Time
Shift timings: 5:30PM - 2:30AM IST
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and source the candidates from job boards/Gr8 People/Indeed/LinkedIn and other sites.
- Meet the monthly hire goals.
- Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on potential job opportunities.
- Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements.
- Update and track candidates in ATS/GR8 people in accordance with standards in real time.
- Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond via phone, email or web to all assigned job orders.
- Work all assigned job orders until covered.
- Attend daily/weekly req. meeting.
- Establish relationships with consultants.
- Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly expectations.
- Conduct Text recruit/ email campaigns
Required Skills:
- Bachelor\'s degree is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
- Should have excellent written communication skills.
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience (Technology Staffing Industry/ Customer service experience
preferred)
- A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
