Key Responsibilities:

Support the end-to-end contract management process for Direct and Indirect procurement for MEIA & EMA using the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool. Collaborate with Category Managers, Global Category Teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate contract Execution. Coordinate and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure the Supplier Evaluation process is completed as per the defined schedule. Assist in maintaining procurement documentation and reports. Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Independently deliver basic Excel reporting and analysis related to contracts.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree completed

in any field is

mandatory

.

Master's degree

(pursuing or completed) will be considered an

added advantage

. Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

to effectively engage with global stakeholders. Basic understanding of procurement processes and contract management is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
