About the Role

We are a fast-growing luxury gifting brand looking for a

street-smart, quality-obsessed Sourcing & Production Lead

who can own vendor management, production execution, sampling, packaging, and operations end-to-end.

If you love working with vendors, negotiating hard, solving problems, and making things happen fast - this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Source new vendors for products & packaging Negotiate pricing, timelines & MOQs Manage sample cycles with precision Check quality, materials & finishing Coordinate production & ensure timely delivery Oversee packaging execution & QC Maintain daily production trackers Build strong vendor relationships

Experience:

3 - 7 years

Salary:

Competitive, based on capability and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

sourcing & operations: 3 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

50% (Preferred)
