- Building reliable Strategy to research on Channel Partner activation for the site
- Very Strong Channel Partner network
- Responsible for Market research and surveys.
- Meeting Channel partners on daily, weekly, monthly basis to generate business ( on Field)
- Training team on sourcing walk ins through Channel partners.
- Strong Network for corporate and society activities to generate leads for the project.
- Strong Business development skills to generate revenue from the market
- Activating Institutional Channel Partners and International property consultants for the company
- Responsible to design Channel partner strategies every month.
- Create, maintain and follow day to day various types sales reports.
- Come up with new sales ideas or strategies and keep an eye on the market trends by analytical tool.
- Should be able to work on Sales CRM software.
- Strictly following the deadline given by the management for all the tasks allocated.
- Play a key role during various stages of channel partner engagement program and help the team members to develop strong and long term relationship.
- Ensure compliance with RERA requirements.
- Responsible to generate 60% of the walk ins through Channel partners for respective site.
