Identify and onboard new builders, developers, and channel partners.
Source new residential/commercial projects and ensure exclusivity where possible.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and other stakeholders.
Negotiate commercial terms and finalize tie-ups with builders and developers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to stay ahead.
Ensure seamless coordination between developers, internal sales teams, and clients.
Maintain a healthy project pipeline for driving revenue growth.
Prepare and present regular sourcing reports to management.
