Duties/Responsibilities
:
? Reaching out to the Real estate channel partners in the locality assigned to you to onboard them through calls or through physical meetings.
? Increase our reach and awareness about the project among the channel partner community and onboard the interested CPs.
? Responsible for conducting meetings with interested CPs to persuade them and motivate them to actively engage in lead generation activity.
? Lookout for high performing CPs and do all the efforts within their limits to drive the CPs for lead generation.
? Coordination for site visits with prospective buyers and enables the deal closure.
? Addressing any queries, doubts of the CPs and prospective buyers to maintain a healthy and professional approach.
