Conduct CP meets on sites during launches and during sustenance
Reporting to the Business Head
Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly sales reports including Site walkins and prospect databank.
Actively participating in all promotional activities, events & exhibitions
Keep on raising the bar with respect to target setting and achievement.
Developing marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive
volumes.
Call to arrange meetings with potential customers to generate new business.
Evaluate customers skills, and needs and build productive, long-lasting relationships.
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.
Meet personal sales targets.
Interpersonal/Trade Skills Required - -Communication, Sales, Persuasion, Negotiation, Collaboration , Leadership Quality. Experience of handling a Team. Technical Skills Required - - Having an experience is using a CRM. - Good understanding of using Excel sheets Other Requirements - - Qualification - Should be a graduate - Years of experience - minimum 2 plus years in real estate sales (not presales). - Commercial real estate sales experience preferred. - Salary bracket - upto 35k depending on the potential candidate Job Type: Full-time Schedule:
