Key Responsibilities
Meet
minimum 10 brokers per day
in the Mahim-Matunga-Dadar belt
Create
project awareness
(USP, pricing, offers, inventory)
Build and maintain
strong broker relationships
Activate brokers to source leads & push site visits
Ensure brokers understand and promote the project
Support all activation activities (walk-ins, events, office visits)
Daily reporting of broker meetings and feedback
Achieve
daily/weekly/monthly sourcing targets
Identify new broker touchpoints and unexplored pockets
Must-Have Skills
Excellent communication
(English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
Strong local area knowledge
(Mahim, Matunga, Dadar, Wadala)
Relationship-building ability
with brokers
Real Estate Sales experience
(Channel / Sourcing preferred)
High level of
professionalism & discipline
Ability to work under targets
