Job description: Handle all activities related to channel sales including identifying and recruiting channel partners, motivating them with regular visits and engagement activities etc. Carrying out pre sales promotional activities to ensure accomplishment of projected sales targets. Launch new CP initiatives and schemes in coordination with Marketing. Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities. Developing marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes. Managing channel sales records for brokerage and incentive distribution. Manage CP database and CP leads data in Company CRM portal. Meeting weekly and monthly leads and sales targets from channel sales efforts. Required Candidate profile Active channel sales information within Mumbai geography for real estate sales is a must. In-depth knowledge of channel sales efforts in real estate sales is an added advantage. Ability to meet daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead conversion targets. Ability to maintain and update CRM records. Should be a self starter and be able to work with minimal supervision. Job Type: Full-time Salary: ?500,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year Schedule:
