Identify and source potential real estate projects, land parcels, and redevelopment opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, channel partners, and local consultants.
Conduct preliminary feasibility checks including location study, market demand, and price benchmarking.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and technical teams for due diligence and documentation.
Negotiate commercial terms with landowners and intermediaries.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming development opportunities.
Ensure timely closure of sourcing leads as per company strategy.
Maintain a database of sourced properties and ongoing negotiations.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sourcing, acquisitions, or business development.
Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Good understanding of real estate laws, land titles, and redevelopment models.
Ability to conduct market research and basic financial analysis.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
