Position Overview
Shivasa Realty is seeking an energetic and result-driven
Sourcing Manager
to manage, expand, and activate the
Channel Partner (CP) network
for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects. The role requires strong field presence, relationship management, and the ability to generate site visits and business through CPs and references.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with real estate Channel Partners in the field to promote Shivasa projects
Identify, onboard, and activate new Channel Partners
Drive site visits and bookings through CP networks
Work with CPs on digital campaigns, data sharing, and telecalling efforts
Maximize channel sales and referral-based business
Train CP teams on project details, pricing, and selling points
Conduct CP meets, site briefings, and launch events
Maintain site walk-in records and prospect databank
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Actively participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and site activations
Coordinate closely with internal sales and marketing teams
Graduate preferred
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Target-driven and comfortable with field sales execution
