A performance-oriented Sourcing Manager with deep understanding of the real estate market and a proven ability to identify, onboard, and manage

high-performing channel partners

. Expert in nurturing relationships with CP firm owners, team leaders and CP executives. Build a strong and reliable sourcing ecosystem.

Ensuring partners stay motivated and aligned with company goals. Skilled in collaboration with sales, marketing, CRM, and finance teams to optimize conversions and resolve partner queries quickly.

Strong negotiation and networking skills help in expanding territory coverage and maximizing deal closures. Known for market intelligence, competitive tracking, and delivering revenue-focused sourcing.

Identify, onboard, and manage real estate channel partners. Conduct regular CP meetings, training sessions, and project walkthroughs. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and IPCs. Ensure steady flow of qualified leads and site visit confirmations. Monitor CP performance and track lead quality, conversions, and payouts. Resolve partner issues quickly to maintain motivation and trust. Maintain CP database and prepare weekly/monthly sourcing reports.
